Official Transcripts

Your student’s high school transcript, done right — by an expert.

Every transcript I produce is prepared by me, a high school and college admissions advisor who has served thousands of homeschool families since 2005 — and who knows exactly what universities are looking for. There are plenty of apps that will generate a transcript, but that’s not what this is. The average application reviewer spends 60–90 seconds on a transcript. Let’s make those seconds count!

Do It Yourself

Build it yourself with professional tools — and expert backup when you want it.

Transcript Template Pack — $30

Three fully editable MS Word templates (year-based, subject-based, and NCAA subject-based), GPA calculator spreadsheets, and video tutorials to walk you through it.

Transcript Review Session — $100

One hour on Zoom to review the transcript you’ve built: GPA calculation, a detailed critique, and all of your questions answered. Perfect before college applications go out.

Not sure where to start? Many DIY families begin with the Template Pack, then add a Review Session before applications go out.

Full Service

Hand it off completely — and cross it off your list.

Complete Transcript Service — $225

I build your student’s official high school transcript and maintain it through graduation — every course, every credit, every dual enrollment class, always current and college-ready. Your choice of year-based or subject-based template.

You receive:

  • An editable MS Word file
  • A printable PDF
  • A GPA calculator spreadsheet — raw and weighted core GPAs

All updates through high school graduation are included, so your transcript is ready whenever a college, scholarship, or dual enrollment office asks for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes a homeschool transcript “official”?

In a Florida home education program, the parent is the school administrator — so an accurate, complete, well-formatted transcript signed by you is official. As the school official of your homeschool, your signature is what makes it official. That, and the words “Official High School Transcript” are the required elements.

Can I pay with my student’s PEP or FES-UA scholarship?

Yes — all of my services are reimbursable for PEP and FES-UA students. The Complete Transcript Service and the Transcript Review Session are direct-pay services in EMA — just type “Lupita” in the Provider Directory search bar.

We already started building our own transcript. Which service do we need?

Bring it to a Transcript Review Session — we’ll go through it together, calculate your GPAs, and polish it for college applications. If you’d rather hand off maintenance entirely, the Complete Transcript Service can take it from there.

My student takes dual enrollment or FLVS courses. Do those go on the homeschool transcript?

Yes. Dual enrollment, FLVS, co-op, and parent-taught courses all belong on the homeschool transcript, and I’ll help you record and weight each one correctly.

My student hopes to play college sports. Can you help with NCAA eligibility?

Yes. The Template Pack includes an NCAA subject-based template, and I offer an NCAA-focused review session for athletes’ transcripts.

My student is already a junior or senior. Is it too late?

Not at all. The Complete Transcript Service covers everything from 9th grade forward, no matter when we start — and grade-level transcripts are available if you only need records through your student’s current year.
